BIKRAM YOGA MIDDLEBURG SPRING CLASSES START APRIL 1, 2019

MIDDLEBURG, VA -- BIKRAM YOGA MIDDLEBURG will offer weekday morning classes starting in April from 10 a.m. to Noon by appointment with private classes scheduled in the afternoon.

"We will offer a Sunrise Class  Saturday April 27th at Courtland Farm 9 to 10:30 p.m.," said Patricia Gavin, Founder of Bikram Yoga Middleburg.  "Sundays we plan to offer a Sunset Class 2 to 4 p.m. to help wind down from weekend activities -- All classes must be booked in advance by telephone on MINDBODYOnline.com."

Bikram Yoga is a hot yoga sequence of 12 standing postures to raise the heart rate and 14 floor postures that improve spinal strength and flexibility as well as balance and concentration, according to Gavin, a Certified Bikram Instructor.

"Bikram Yoga Middleburg was established to offer posture clinics to those who are inclined to believe they are too inflexible for yoga," said Gavin.  "We structure our classes to be small and offer individual instruction through posture clinics and 1-1 classes."

Most women avoid yoga and the gym because they fear judgement or have concerns about their body image, according to recent studies.  Bikram Yoga Middleburg is geared to the client who wants a "safe zone" to improve their health and want the privacy a small group offers.

"It can be very intimidating to walk into a room full of hot sweaty yogis for the first time," said Gavin.  "I began my practice at 53 years old and my family thought I had joined the circus unaware of the many health benefits of maintaining a regular yoga practice."

For more information on Bikram Yoga Middleburg or to schedule a class, please visit www.mindbodyonline.com or call (703) 439-4403 to reserve a space in class.

"Our goal is to give you the reins to guide your own practice at your own pace!"
